Character Concept:



Name: Asuka Naito

Appearance: In photographs, Asuka's size is deceiving. Because of her big eyes and and short hair, she often appears shorter than she actually is. In reality, Asuka is an absolute bear of a woman, standing at approximately six feet tall and looking down on most people. Her strict exercise routine and diet has also allowed her to pack on some serious muscle, allowing her to make many of the guys around her feel more self-conscious. Simply put, in almost any crowd Asuka looks like the alpha of the pack. 

Archetype: Stranger in a strange land

Asuka used to be a student in one of Japan's many colleges, particularly Osaka, when her boyfriend committed suicide. Falling behind in her studies, Asuka's parents decided to send her to a foreign school in order to get her away from the many stressful aspects of her life. It was only afterwards that the parents discovered how truly violent her boyfriend's suicide had been: apparently he was so determined to end it all that cut himself with a katana over 50 times. Now that's determination!

Major: English. Asuka claims that her dream is to teach children English when she returns to Japan.
